Ali Talai
is the owner of Talai Law Offices located in Los Angeles, California. He provides sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies advise to physicians, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals and their families, as well develops interfamily wealth transfer strategies for closely held businesses. He is a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Tri-Counties. Mr. Talai earned his J.D. degree from Southern California Institute of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He is licensed to practice in California.

Dawn Stark
is an attorney at Stark Legal Enterprises Inc. in Laguna Niguel, California. Her practice is highly concentrated in comprehensive estate planning. Apart from document preparation that reflect estate planning strategies and solutions, Ms. Stark's practice includes probate, trust administration, trust litigation, and real property appeals. Additionally, she is an attorney accredited with the Veteran's Administration. Ms. Stark routinely participates in tax law training courses, as well as continuing her annual legal education in estate planning. For five years she was a professor of law, teaching business associations at Pacific Coast School of Law. In 2014, Ms. Stark co-authored the book Don't Go Broke In A Nursing Home, Orange County ed. In addition, she has been a guest speaker at numerous educational forums and seminars, and has appeared on local radio shows. Ms. Stark earned her B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from Whittier College School of Law.

He earned his A.B. degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

She also draws on her real estate and business background in crafting comprehensive plans for her clients. Ms. Terzian is a skilled public speaker, having conducted countless seminars throughout her legal career on various topics of estate planning; including special needs planning, advanced tax planning, and asset protection for individuals and small businesses. She is a faculty member at the Institute for Preparing Heirs and an adjunct professor of wills and trusts at Southwestern Law School. Ms. Terzian earned her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California San Diego and her law degree from Loyola Law School (dean's honors list).
