is a Circuit Court Judge in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Charlotte County, Florida.

Millicent B. Athanason
is the owner of The Law Office of Millicent B. Athanason, P.A., whose main office is in Holiday, Florida and also has a satellite office in Lake Mary, Florida. She practices in the areas of family law and plaintiff's personal injury, and has been practicing for more than 25 years. Ms. Athanason is admitted to practice law not only in Florida state courts, but also is admitted to practice in Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. Supreme Court. She is also a certified county, civil circuit, and family mediator. Prior to working in private practice, Ms. Athanason worked in Tampa handling insurance defense cases for major insurance carriers, and thereafter worked for the state of Florida in handling juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights cases in Pasco County, Florida. She has been appointed to serve both as a guardian ad litem, as well as a parenting coordinator in family law cases. Ms. Athanason earned her B.B.A degree from Stetson University and J.D. degree from Stetson University.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida; and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Julia B. Chase
is an attorney with The Law Offices of Julia Best Chase, P.A. in Tampa. Ms. Chase was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1986, the New York Bar in 1987, the Florida Bar in 1987 and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1988. She received a B.A. in Biology from Goucher College in 1982 and a J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1986. Her work experience includes Hillsborough County Assistant State Attorney (1987-1997) and Auxiliary Instructor for the Florida Highway Patrol (1988-1990). Ms. Chase worked for two and a half years at a criminal defense firm then opened her own practice in the year 2000. She became a certified Chapter 39 Volunteer Guardian ad Litem in 2016. She received the Theodore Millison Professionalism Award in 2016. Ms. Chase has been a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association since 1987, (Past Chair of the Family law Section); the Stann W. Givens Family Law Inn of Court since 1997, (Past Program and Membership Chair); Next Generation Divorce (Past Chair of the Modest Means Committee); the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Tampa. She has given multiple seminars and radio talk shows speaking on various topics of family law and collaborative divorce and is a published author in a book entitled Champions of Collaborative Divorce. In her spare time, Ms. Chase has been an avid SCUBA diver since 1979 having attained the level of a PADI Master Diver in 1987.

Stacey D. Mullins
is the deputy managing shareholder of Gray Robinson, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a collaboratively-trained attorney with extensive experience in the area of marital and family law. Ms. Mullins is certified for practice by the Florida Supreme Court, as well as a family law mediator. Her approach is to focus on resolution of disputes, and avoiding litigation and court time if possible. Extraordinary dedication, intense case preparation, outstanding courtroom performance, and admirable integrity distinguish Ms. Mullins' work as an attorney. She emphasizes a team approach within her practice and serves her client's needs 24/7. Ms. Mullins is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and on the National Borad of Directors, Sharsheret (2023-Present). She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Florida.
