Patrick O. Lacsina
is the principal of Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC. He concentrates his practice on creditors' rights, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, evictions, real estate transactions, collections, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to starting Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC, Mr. Lacsina represented major financial institutions as the managing attorney at one of New Jersey's largest default services law firms. He earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark and his bachelor's degree in information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Lacsina is licensed to practice in New Jersey and California.

Francis J. Monari
is an attorney with McKernan McKernan & Godino, where his main areas of practice include commercial law, commercial real estate, contracts, municipal corporation law, residential real estate, and zoning law. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Monari is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Joseph's College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University, Camden.

Alan P. Fox
is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He is chair of Capehart Scatchard's Alternative Energy Group, representing clients in various sectors, including shopping centers, public and private schools, retail, office buildings, warehouses, farming, and residential properties. Mr. Fox has experience handling transactions related to photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems including PPA, obtaining permits and approvals for utility scale projects in southern New Jersey, and solar systems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the firm's real estate and land use group, and is a shareholder in its commercial litigation, and business and tax groups. Mr. Fox's 35+ years of experience in these areas includes presenting land use applications before planning/zoning boards, litigating zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels, serving as solicitor to the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning Boards for eight years, protecting creditors' rights, and performing as outside general counsel for various private companies with local, regional and national needs. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the districts of New Jersey, and Western and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Lindsay R. Janel
is a solo practitioner who operates her own practice in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Lindsay has a general practice, but focuses heavily on Real Estate, including purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, landlord tenant matters, land use and lease agreements. Lindsay will also handle small municipal court matters and some civil litigation. A graduate of American University (BA in Journalism, 2005) and Widener University School of Law (JD, 2008), Lindsay is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
