He is a member of The West Virginia State Bar; and is admitted to practice in West Virginia state courts, United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kuenzel earned his B.S. degree in education from West Virginia University, his A.A.S. degree in police science and his M.S. degree in criminal justice from Marshall University, and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he was a West Virginia state trooper for nearly ten years; serving as a uniformed officer for five years and a plain clothes investigator for five years.
