Speaker bio
Mandee R. Rowen Pingel
is the founding partner of Pingel Family Law, where her practice focuses exclusively in the areas of matrimonial and family law, including high conflict divorce, post-divorce modification, paternity, adoption, child custody and visitation, child support, domestic violence, juvenile abuse and neglect, guardianship and conservatorship, and grandparents’ rights. Ms. Pingel earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from William Jewell College in Liberty, where she graduated with honors. She later earned her Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, again with honors, and graduating in the top 20% of her class. Ms. Pingel has served as a member and author of three professional legal journals, including articles for the Journal of Matrimonial Attorneys, the official publication of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She has appeared before all levels of courts in Kansas and Missouri, including circuit and district courts, courts of appeal, and the Missouri and Kansas Supreme courts.

Geoffrey K. Aubrey
is an attorney with The Reynolds Law Firm, LLC, where he practices in divorce/family law and child custody. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Phoenix, his master's in business administration from Western Governor's University and his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Aubrey is a member of The Missouri Bar and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.

Richard J. Eisen
is a partner at the St. Louis law firm of Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts LLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of family/domestic law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, maintenance, child support, child custody, modification matters, enforcement, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Eisen has tried and settled numerous complex family law cases. He frequently lectures and publishes articles in the area of family law. Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes. He is a member of The Missouri Bar (past-chair, Legislative Subcommittee of the Family Law Section), St. Louis County Bar Association (past-president and Executive Board member), Illinois State Bar Association and Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Eisen earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

is a lead litigator with the Independence, Missouri office of Cordell & Cordell. His background includes multiple stints as an assistant prosecuting attorney, including a multi-county child support enforcement unit, and has given him plenty of courtroom and litigation experience. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Kansas Bar. Mr. Backer earned his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri - St Louis and his J.D. degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.

is counsel in the O'Fallon, Illinois office of Sanberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. She she joined in 2021, bringing over 15 years of experience in family law matters, including custody actions, divorce, guardianship and adoptions, modifications and paternity actions. Ms. Glaser is a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Missouri Bar. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Missouri State University and her J.D. degree from Saint Louis University School of Law.
