Frank DiVittorio
is the sole member of The DiVittorio Law Firm. He practices in the areas of business law, real estate, estate planning, and succession litigation. Mr. DiVittorio is also the sole member of and legal counsel of Victory Title, a real estate title company. He sits on the board of the Hammond Downtown Development District. Mr. DiVittorio has previously served on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Greater Hammond Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Louisiana; United States Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit; United States District Court Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; and United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. Mr. DiVittorio is also licensed to write title insurance policies in the state of Louisiana. He was previously a partner of Chehardy Sherman Williams Murray Recile Stakelum & Hayes, LLP. Mr. DiVittorio earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree and sports law certificate from Tulane University Law School.

, MBA, CFP, CIMA, CIMC, is an attorney with John E. Sirois APLC, where he is an estate and elder law attorney practicing in the areas of estate planning, successions and probate, wills, trusts, special needs planning, Medicaid, long term care planning and retirement planning. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Sirois is a certified financial planner with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. His financial planning practice specializes in retirement planning, IRA rollovers and distributions; and investment management for pre-retirees, retirees and seniors. Mr. Sirois is the author of Louisiana Retirement and Estate Planning: The Essential Financial Planning Book for Retirees and Pre-Retirees. He teaches continuing education courses on estate planning, long-term care planning, special needs planning and retirement distributions for attorneys, financial planners, CPAs, social workers and insurance agents. Mr. Sirois earned his B.S.and M.B.A. degrees from Nicholls State University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

is the owner of Leger Law Group, LLC, where her practice focuses mainly on estate planning, special needs planning, successions, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and veteran's aid and attendance advocacy. She is a VA accredited attorney and a volunteer attorney with Wills for Heroes, an organization that provides pro bono estate planning services to veterans and first responders. Ms. Leger is also a member of various professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Elder Law, Disability Planning and Bioethics Group, American Bar Association; National Academy of Family Law Attorneys; and Louisiana State Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and her B.A. degree from Louisiana State University.
