Speaker bio
Cary B. Cheifetz
is of counsel and practices family law in Summit, New Jersey with the law firm of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C. He devotes his practice to matrimonial and family law related matters, mediation and arbitration, and serves as an expert witness on family law. Mr. Cheifetz is a diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers and a past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been appointed as the chair of CLE for the New Jersey Chapter of the AAML. Mr. Cheifetz is also an assistant secretary of the AAML Foundation and serves in this capacity for AAML on a national level. He also is a past chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Section, member of the Family Law Section of ATLA-NJ, and director of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Cheifetz is a member of the American, New Jersey State, Essex County and Bergen County bar associations. He also is past president of the Essex County Bar Association. Mr. Cheifetz is a former chair of its Family Law Executive Committee and a member of the Essex County Judicial Selection Committee. He is a former member of the Supreme Court Board of Attorney Trial Certification (Matrimonial Law Committee), as well as a past member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Family Part Practice. Mr. Cheifetz was a co-managing editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer. He earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from New York Law School.

Gregory D. Golden
is a partner with the law office of Kupferman & Golden, where he practices in the areas of divorce; modification of custody, visitation, child support and alimony; contempt actions; legitimation and paternity cases; and appeals. Mr. Golden earned his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including the Family Law Section; and the Atlanta Bar Association, including the Family Law Section. Mr. Golden has also been admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia, in which he conducts his appellate practice, working to correct unjust results.

George A. Lohmeier
is a partner in the Greenfield law firm of Allen Wellman Harvey Keyes Cooley, LLP with offices in Greenfield and Indianapolis. He earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from Florida State University where he majored in government. Mr. Lohmeier earned his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. Throughout his career, his primary area of practice has been in family law, with an emphasis on child custody litigation. Mr. Lohmeier is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and practices throughout the state of Indiana. In addition, he has represented clients pro hac vice in the states of New York, Nevada, Wisconsin and North Carolina.

Lynndolyn T. Mitchell
is the owner of the Law Office of Lynndolyn T. Mitchell P.C. in Rockville, Maryland. She has been representing clients from all economic and social backgrounds in juvenile, family, misdemeanor criminal, and traffic matters in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia for more than 30 years. Ms. Mitchell has served as a senior assistant public defender in Virginia Beach in the Juvenile Division and Felony Trial Division, and deputy public defender in the Juvenile Division of the Riverside County Public Defender's Office. She has represented juveniles in delinquency and dependency matters in California, Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Mitchell served an assistant adjunct professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus (Formerly UMUC) in the disciplines of paralegal studies and criminal justice. She has extensive experience representing military families in all aspects of family law matters. Ms. Mitchell is a member of Maryland State Bar Association's Solo Small Firm Section, served as co-chair of the Education Law Section, and has served as a member of the School Board at Montrose Christian School in Rockville. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland and Montgomery County. Ms. Mitchell earned her B.A. degree from the University of Irvine and her J.D. degree from Antioch School of Law, Washington, D.C. She has handled pro bono education law matters for the Maryland Disability Law Center.
