devotes his practice to representing family law clients. He handles a wide variety of cases dealing with nearly every area of family law, including issues relating to custody and parenting time; alimony; child support; college contribution; removal/relocation; grandparents' rights; emancipation; life insurance; and division of assets such as a business, real property, stock options, restricted stock units, retirement accounts and cryptocurrency. Mr. Gaynor is an experienced litigator who gives each case particularized attention and detail. He approaches every case with a "two track" mentality. While Mr. Gaynor works to settle cases as early as possible, he also prepares for trial from day one in case a fair settlement does not come together. This strategy often allows him to stay one step ahead, leading to more favorable resolutions for his clients. He appears frequently in front of family court judges so that he can continue to hone his trial skills. This trial experience allows him to prepare his clients for the range of possible outcomes and provide them with an adequate cost-benefit analysis, so they can make an informed decision to either move forward with trial or settle their case. Additionally, Mr. Gaynor represents family law clients in criminal and municipal court matters when correlating charges stemming from alleged domestic violence or other issues arise. He is a member of Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and board member and volunteer attorney for Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project (BWLAP). Mr. Gaynor earned his B.A. degree from Catholic University of America and his J.D. degree from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
