Gregory M. Taube
is a partner with the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP in Atlanta. He practices in the areas of business litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Mr. Taube advocates for creditors and landlords in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts in Georgia and Alabama. He also regularly represents litigants in consumer finance litigation, contract and real estate disputes, franchise and distribution disputes, business torts, and other business litigation. Mr. Taube actively participates as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Ethics and Professional Compensation Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Charles B. Sellers
is a shareholder at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. He oversees the firm's bankruptcy department and represents his community association clients in assessment recovery matters due to his extensive experience in representing creditors. Mr. Sellers has practiced in the states of Nebraska, Iowa and Arizona representing clients in the areas of real property, debtor/creditor matters, bankruptcy and community association issues. Currently his practice focuses on community association law and related areas solely in the state of Arizona. Mr. Sellers has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Arizona State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University.

Dov Treiman
is a partner at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. and chairs the landlord-tenant civil litigation practice. As one of the leading authorities in the landlord-tenant bar, his drafting of appellate briefs, legal documents and motions has increased the ability of the firm to garner better results for its clients. Mr. Treiman was involved in private practice for fifteen years before devoting his principal time to the collecting, editing, writing and publishing of scholarly research materials in landlord-tenant law. His writings include numerous articles in the New York Law Journal, and many articles in the Landlord-Tenant Practice Reporter. Mr. Treiman is a highly-sought lecturer on landlord-tenant subjects, and has been retained by most of the providers of continuing legal education in the state of New York. He was the principal consultant to the New York Times for landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Treiman earned his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.

Jillian D. Martins
is a partner based in Cole Huber's Southern California office, where she currently serves as the assistant city attorney for the city of Indio. She advises on all aspects of municipal law issues involving zoning and land use, open government, and ethics (Brown Act, Public Records Act), contract formation and negotiation, drafting and amending ordinances, resolutions, parliamentary procedure, code interpretation, and employment policies. As a cooperative and innovative attorney, Ms. Martins excels in working with city staff and elected officials, crafting creative solutions to complex issues. She has offered expert advice to several cities on topics as diverse as local cannabis regulations, housing and commercial development, water use, conservation, and homelessness. Ms. Martins' assistance extends to a wide array of municipal legal issues that demand expertise in fields such as land use, real estate, contracts, construction, public utilities, information technology, CEQA, Proposition 218, and code drafting and enforcement. She earned her B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach and her J.D. degree from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Ms. Martins is admitted to practice in California.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney; represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings; and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Ostermiller served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.
