Michael J. Fekete
is a partner with Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, where he is a member of the firm's litigation department, as well as their real estate practice. He regularly represents individuals, business owners and companies, both publicly and privately owned, in litigation involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, consumer fraud claims, real estate, and restrictive covenants. Mr. Fekete has extensive experience representing publicly-owned REITs, developers, commercial landlords, and court-appointed receivers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York in all facets of real estate, including lease drafting and negotiation, and commercial tenancy matters. He is a member of the New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, and serves on the New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee. Mr. Fekete earned his B.A. degree at the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. degree at Rutgers Law School.

Milton O. Thompson
is an attorney and of counsel with the law firm of Bleeke Dillon Crandall. He is most recognized for sports and entertainment law, but also focuses on business law and consulting for entrepreneurs and non-profits, small business financing, and MBE and WBE certification. Mr. Thompson earned his B.A. degree from Wittenberg University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. His commitment to the community is attested by his many civic involvements, including vice chair of the Indianapolis Foundation. Mr. Thompson has also served as the president of the Indiana University School of Law Board of Visitors, and as president of its Alumni Association. In addition, he was the former general counsel to the Pan American Games and held the position of vice president of Indiana Sports Corporation. A former deputy prosecuting attorney for Marion County, Mr. Thompson's honors include the 2004 Business & Philanthropy Award from the National Center for Black Philanthropy, Washington, D.C., as well as being listed as an Indiana Super Lawyer in the March 2005 issue of Indianapolis Monthly Magazine.

Joel Henry
is partner in the Missoula office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. He brings a unique ability to integrate IP, technology, corporate and transactional, and securities law into solutions for clients engaged in entrepreneurship, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, IP protection, and cutting-edge technology areas. Mr. Henry is one of a handful of people in the United States with both a Ph.D in computer science and a J.D. degree. He is one of the leading experts in Montana and nationwide on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology law. A significant area of his practice also includes complex, cutting-edge legal matters around new technologies, including artificial intelligence, GDPR and other data privacy laws, IT security, and data breaches. Mr. Henry also serves as an expert witness on litigation matters involving technology issues, electronic discovery, and digital forensics. He earned his B.S and M.S. degrees from Montana State University, his Ph.D degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law.

Leona Mogavero
is a shareholder at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer, where she concentrates her practice in the area of creditors' rights and bankruptcy. Ms. Mogavero has experience representing financial institutions and other lenders in negotiation and documentation of commercial loan workouts and restructures. She also has experience in real estate transactional matters. Ms. Mogavero has supervised and instructed associate attorneys and paralegal assistants in the handling of commercial and residential mortgage foreclosures, and is a frequent speaker at seminars for financial professionals and attorneys regarding loan workouts, collections and bankruptcy. She is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Mogavero is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations. She is a Subchapter V bankruptcy trustee. Ms. Mogavero earned her B.A. degree, maxima cum laude, from LaSalle College and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
