Before joining Kraft Analytics, LLC in 2009, he worked with a large regional CPA firm in North Carolina in its business valuation and litigation support practice. Mr. Hedrick began his professional career in the financial institutions industry. His major areas of practice include, but are not limited to, business valuations, financial instrument valuation, intangible property valuation, damages computations, mergers and acquisition consulting, equity and financing transaction consulting, forensic accounting, and cash flow and capital investment modeling. Mr. Hedrick has broad industry experience, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, entertainment, transportation, software, life sciences, retail, construction, distribution, and real estate. He is a certified valuation analyst (CVA). Mr. Hedrick earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Appalachian State University and his post-masters certificate in financial analysis at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
