Joshua E. Hedrick
is a member in Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs that focuses on valuation, forensic, and transaction advisory services. Before joining Kraft Analytics, LLC in 2009, he worked with a large regional CPA firm in North Carolina in its business valuation and litigation support practice. Mr. Hedrick began his professional career in the financial institutions industry. His major areas of practice include, but are not limited to, business valuations, financial instrument valuation, intangible property valuation, damages computations, mergers and acquisition consulting, equity and financing transaction consulting, forensic accounting, and cash flow and capital investment modeling. Mr. Hedrick has broad industry experience, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, entertainment, transportation, software, life sciences, retail, construction, distribution, and real estate. He is a certified valuation analyst (CVA). Mr. Hedrick earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Appalachian State University and his post-masters certificate in financial analysis at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Carson Mayhall
is a supervisor and senior analyst with Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs. He has extensive experience related to business valuation, equity interests, intellectual property, and other intangible assets. Mr. Mayhall works with clients in a variety of industries on complex engagements involving managerial planning, lending, investment, accounting, tax, marital dissolution, restructuring, and litigation. His additional experience in forensic accounting services provides valuable insight for clients faced with complex financial situations. Mr. Mayhall earned his B.S. degree in business administration, concentration in business analytics and supply chain management, University of Tennessee.
