In addition to his specialty in employment law, Mr. Natale also has experience practicing in complex civil litigation, including personal injury, qui tam, consumer fraud, and civil rights. He has experience in every federal court in New Jersey, has briefed multiple matters for the New Jersey Appellate Division, and has appeared regularly before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights. Mr. Natale has tried matters involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and Conscientious Employee Protection Act to verdict in New Jersey Superior Court.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
