Ms. Shenhav advises clients on state, federal, and international data security and privacy issues, including compliance, risk management, and incident response, including responding to government agencies and private sector inquiries and complaints. In addition, she conducts risk assessments and prepares key documentation, such as incident response plans, privacy policies and notices, and contracts addressing privacy and cybersecurity and beyond. Ms. Shenhav's legal abilities regularly earn her recognition from her peers, the judiciary and the community. She has been recognized by Florida Trend's Legal Elite, by the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee for "Outstanding Pro Bono Service by a Lawyer" and has been featured as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for five consecutive years. Mr. Giles is also a fellow in privacy with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He served on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) from 2015-2016, and formerly served as president of the Irvington Development Organization. Mr. Giles earned his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) at IU McKinney School of Law and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in intellectual property. He has over two decades of experience administering enterprise IT systems in higher education for two universities (Big Ten and the Big East), and spent just under four years as the chief technology officer for the City of Indianapolis/Marion County before being named the first chief information security officer in the city’s history.
