Cari Sheehan

is an assistant clinical professor of business law and ethics at the IU Kelley School of Business - Indianapolis, where she currently teaches commercial law and business ethics. Additionally, Ms. Sheehan is an adjunct professor at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she has taught courses in appellate practice and procedure and torts. In practice, she is a part-time conflict attorney at Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary advising on ethical issues. Ms. Sheehan is a well-respected seminar and continuing legal education speaker, covering a range of ethical issues across various platforms both locally and on a national level. Similarly, she authors a business ethics column in conjunction with the Hamilton County Business Journal about the benefits and pitfalls of business ethics.

Arie Spitz

is a member of the litigation department of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. He has successfully tried cases on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs on claims including breach of contract, negligence, products liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Spitz has successfully represented employers in a wide variety of matters, including claims of deliberate intent, sexual harassment, ERISA benefits coverage, and retaliation claims under the West Virginia Patient Safety Act. His diverse experience, both in terms of the types of cases he handles as well as the clients that he assists, gives him unique insight when it comes to litigating and trying cases. Mr. Spitz has practiced before West Virginia's federal and state trial courts, as well as the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Penn State.
