Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Wendy S. Smith
is the managing partner of Morgan Akins & Jackson, where she is the chair of the firm's Northeast Workers' Compensation Department. She is responsible for defending insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in workers' compensation, general liability and subrogation matters. Ms. Smith is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as a certified arbitrator of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She serves as Judge Pro Tem for Philadelphia County. Ms. Smith is a member of the Alexander F. Barbieri Workers' Compensation Inn of Court. She earned her B.S. degree from Albright College and her J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law.

Charles I. Consagra
is of counsel with Needle Law Firm, where he concentrates in the field of administrative law, with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice and business law. He is an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. Mr. Consagra earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He earned his Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology and his Master of Science degree in Ed from Marywood University. Mr. Consagra also holds a M.Div degree and Ph.D. degree (all but dissertations).

Matthew Donnelly
is an attorney at Dallas W. Hartman P.C., located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He dedicates his practice exclusively to Pennsylvania workers' compensation representation. Mr. Donnelly has perspective from both sides of the aisle having previously worked for a major workers' compensation insurance defense firm. Currently, he represents injured workers seeking to obtain or defend their workers' compensation benefits in all stages of case handling, from initial client intake through appellate practice. Mr. Donnelly has previously lectured as a panel member for pre-law students at Grove City College. He earned his B.A. degree from Grove City College and his J.D. degree from Dusquesne University. Mr. Donnelly is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.
