Mr. Marotta is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, NYSBA Entertainment Section (Executive Committee), and NYSBA House of Delegates. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals (Second Circuit and Fifth circuits), and U.S. District Court Southern and Eastern districts of New York.
