Frank T. George
is an attorney with McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA, and a member of the firm's litigation group. He primarily practices in the area of employment law. Mr. George is focused on being an advocate and trusted advisor to victims of discrimination and other unlawful behavior. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Mr. George is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Youngstown State University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law.

Jeff Weintraub
is senior counsel in the Memphis office of the management-side employment and labor firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. He represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts; including the U.S. Supreme Court and government agencies, such as the EEOC and the NLRB. Mr. Weintraub is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri. He teaches the labor and employee relations segment in SHRM's HR Certification Course, and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. Mr. Weintraub earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.

Michelle K. Floyd
is a partner at Rothberg Law in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She practices in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and civil litigation. Ms. Floyd earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington, followed by her Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Danielle M. Simpson
is a partner with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. She concentrates her practice in the defense of civil litigation claims, with an emphasis on labor and employment, community association disputes, and professional negligence. Ms. Simpson has represented management in employment litigation before state and federal courts in Florida, along with agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Florida Commission on Human Relations. Her experience includes representing employers on issues such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, overtime and unpaid wages, leave and disability issues, employment contracts, workplace torts, and other employment law claims under various state and federal laws. Ms. Simpson also provides counseling to management regarding ongoing employment and labor matters and policy development, with an emphasis on preventive practices. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and her J.D. degree from Barry University School of Law.

is an attorney at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. She has more than 20 years of experience representing management in employment and labor law, and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Ms. Corso has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars to community business groups on employment law topics. She is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Ohio and before the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Corso earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Michael R. Luchsinger
is a shareholder in the Chicago office of Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney. He has extensive experience overseeing labor and employment matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Illinois Wage Payment and Collections Act, and the Biometric Information Privacy Act. Mr. Luchsinger regularly appears before the Equal Employment Rights Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, Illinois Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board and Illinois state and federal courts. In addition, he has deep trial experience defending clients in catastrophic cases alleging construction, trucking and motor vehicle negligence. Mr. Luchsinger earned his B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois - Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
