is a partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on automobile claims litigation. She has over five years of experience handling a broad range of insurance defense and fraud litigation matters. Ms. Pereiro has been a speaker at several PIP programs, including "PIP Case Law Update" and "PIP Update: Billed Amount, Demand Letter and Other Issues." She attended Florida State University, graduating with dual degrees in international affairs and Spanish literature, and a minor in psychology. While managing an extremely demanding course load, Ms. Pereiro excelled academically earning placement on the Dean's List. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law.

serves as chair of the firm's personal injury protection division at Kelley Kronenberg. He has over eleven years of diverse experience handling a broad range of insurance defense, fraud, and commercial litigation matters. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Mr. Itayim was a shareholder at a large civil litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he handled mass litigation matters, including PIP, SIU, first-party, health law, and fraud investigation cases. He also has extensive experience representing commercial clients in business acquisitions, contract negotiations, risk mitigation and analysis, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and legal due diligence. Mr. Itayim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Florida, where he became a member of Florida Blue Key. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law.
