Speaker bio
Aaron P. Frederickson
is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, he has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm, where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. Mr. Frederickson also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Frederickson is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).

Joshua D. Silverman
is the sole practitioner in the law firm of Silverman Law Firm LC in Richmond, Virginia, where his practice includes nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice and personal injury law. Mr. Silverman is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Nursing Home Litigation Group. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and is past chairman of the Young Trial Lawyer's Division and Publication Committee. Mr. Silverman has previously served as an editor of The Journal, which is published by the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and has published several articles in The Journal. He also regularly volunteers his time at the Virginia Legal Aid Society. Mr. Silverman earned his B.A. degree from American University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.

Paul L. Warren
is a partner in the Norfolk law firm of Warren & Associates, PLC, where he practices in the areas of insurance litigation, contract law, business law, civil practice, alternative dispute resolution, medical malpractice, employment law, and international business. Mr. Warren received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University; and his M.A. degree in international transactions from George Mason University. He is a commissioner in chancery for the Portsmouth circuit courts and he serves as general counsel to Leadership International, Inc. Mr. Warren is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth bar associations and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He has been certified as a mediator in both Virginia and the District of Columbia; and he serves as the director of Old Dominion University's Certified Programs on Conflict Management.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
