Kimberly R. Dodson
is an attorney and solo practitioner at the Law Office of Kimberly Dodson, LLC. She focuses her practice on constitutional rights; civil rights; labor and employment law; contract law; education law; 504 rehab; Title II, III, VI, VII, and IX; personal injury; administrative law; class actions; product liability; fair debt collections practices act; and Medicaid. Ms. Dodson earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her J.D. degree from Birmingham School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Alabama. Brandi B. Frederick
is a shareholder at Austill Lewis Pipkin & Maddox, P.C. She has litigated employment-related and civil rights cases as well as commercial, real estate, automobile, trucking, and construction law cases in both state and federal courts, and before the American Arbitration Association. Ms. Frederick routinely develops personnel policies and procedures, and creates/updates employee handbooks for employers, advises businesses in complex employment law issues, and has conducted training for managers, supervisors, and human resources professionals regarding a variety of employment-related topics. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Frederick is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham Bar associations. She is a past-chair of the Alabama State Bar's Labor and Employment Section and has been a frequent speaker and contributing author on myriad employment topics. Ms. Frederick is admitted to practice before all state and federal district courts in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
