Zachary H. Thomas
is a solo practitioner in Savannah, Georgia, where his areas of practice include catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, brain and birth injuries and products liability. He was selected as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers for 2009-2019. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the Georgia Court of Appeals; Georgia Supreme Court; and the U.S. District courts, Southern and Middle districts of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American and Savannah bar associations, Savannah Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is actively involved in several boards with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Thomas earned his B.A. degree from New York University and his J.D. degree from Mercer University (member, Moot Court Board, Order of the Barristers).

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Todd I. Shugart
is the managing partner with Scholle Law, a firm practicing primarily in personal injury and wrongful death cases. His first exposure to personal injury law was with nationally renowned law firm of Spence, Moriarity & Schuster. There he worked closely with Bob Schuster, as well as Gerry Spence, the founder of the Trial Lawyer's College. Mr. Shugart then worked as an assistant United States attorney, handling complex and voluminous white-collar cases involving fraud, cyber intrusion, trademark and copyright violations, as well as large-scale drug conspiracies and violent crime. He is also a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve JAG Corps. He earned his B.A. degree from Baker University and his J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Mr. Shugart is a member of the State Bar of Georgia; and the Tennessee, Colorado and Wyoming State bar associations.

Ecleynne Mercy
is a highly accomplished attorney the proud owner and operator of Mercy Law P.C. She has also established Legal Upgrade, a company that offers various services and products related to legal guidance, instruction and wellness-based frameworks. The primary focus of Legal Upgrade is to assist individuals, businesses and communities in integrating wellness-based strategies into their daily legal lives and infrastructure. One of the key services provided by Legal Upgrade is an extensive workshop specifically designed to help students maximize their scores on the essay portion of the Georgia Bar Exam. Ms. Mercy has years of experience in helping repeat bar takers pass the bar, and she utilizes her expertise to provide valuable guidance and instruction to aspiring lawyers. Additionally, she oversees and directs various activities within Legal Upgrade. This includes training and supervising paralegal/support staff, conducting bar compliance reviews, providing case management training, monitoring deadlines, and performing firm audits. Ms. Mercy offers staff training programs in areas such as PI case management, family law case management, criminal defense case management, bar compliance, and system assessments. Furthermore, she conducts attorney trainings on a range of legal topics, including bar compliance, family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation, automobile and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, pedestrian impact cases, premises liability cases, and negligent security cases. Ms. Mercy's expertise in these areas allows her to provide comprehensive and specialized training to attorneys and law students. She is also actively involved in promoting legal awareness and civil rights. Ms. Mercy trains attorneys and law students to become legal observers, enabling them to monitor legal proceedings and ensure fairness. She conducts "Know Your Rights" seminars across the country, educating citizens about their constitutional rights when dealing with law enforcement. Additionally, Ms. Mercy serves as a legal commentator for Court TV, where she shares her insights and expertise on various legal matters. Her educational background includes a B.A. degree from Howard University and a J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Ms. Mercy holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the DeKalb Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, Haitian American Lawyers Association of Georgia, and Sister Care Alliance. These affiliations demonstrate her commitment to professional development, networking, and community engagement within the legal field.
