is a principal in the Durham office of The Banks Law Firm. He has extensive experience in creating unique estate plans for individuals that aid their families, friends, and beneficiaries in times of loss. Mr. Tarbet understands the tax ramifications and tax planning techniques available to lessen the tax burdens on the transfer of wealth between generations. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, and his Master of Law in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.

is an attorney with the law firm of Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP in Raleigh. She is a member of the firm's trust and estates practice group. Ms. Arentz Smith's experience includes assisting clients in the preparation of estate plans ranging from simple wills to complex and sophisticated trusts. Additionally, she has represented trustees and executors in the administration of trusts and estates, assisting them in the proper implementation of a decedent's estate plan and effective discharge of their fiduciary duties.
