Joseph A. Marra
founded The Law Offices of Joseph A. Marra, a four attorney practice, in 1988. He practices in the areas of estate and Medicaid planning, wills, trusts and estates, probate, elder law, personal injury, business law, criminal law, real estate and family law. Mr. Marra is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, all federal district courts in those states, as well as the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Yonkers, Westchester County and New York State bar associations; Columbian Lawyers Association; and other community organizations. Mr. Marra served for nine years as a trustee and vice president of the Board of Education for the Somers Central School District in Somers, New York. He earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting, cum laude, from Iona College; his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law; and his L.L.M. degree in taxation from New York University School of Law, Graduate Division. Mr. Marra has been elected as town judge for the town of Somers Justice Court for a four-year term commencing January 1, 2024.

Richard H. Murphy
is an attorney in Clarencee, New York at Richard H. Murphy, Esq., Attorney at Law. His primary areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate and title work, corporate law, and estate and trust administration. Mr. Murphy frequently lectures to various professional groups on a variety of real estate and estate planning topics. He is a member of the New York State and Erie County bar associations. Mr. Murphy earned his B.A. degree from Wheaton College and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Antar P. Jones
is the founder of the Law Office of Antar P. Jones, PLLC, located in Brooklyn, New York. A significant portion of his practice is devoted toward his providing advice and counsel to fiduciaries, heirs and beneficiaries on complex estate administration and tax matters. Mr. Jones's practice involves many complex post-mortem taxation issues. In addition to having advised clients regarding insurance trusts, he has advised fiduciaries on taxation matters concerning how living trusts are taxed once the grantor has passed. Also, Mr. Jones has done extensive work concerning the annuity reporting requirements of qualified domestic trusts, in addition to how specifically marital deductions operate with respect to such trusts where there is a foreign spouse from a country that has a tax treaty with the United States. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he is active in the Estate and Trust Administration Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section. Mr. Jones earned his LL.M degree in taxation from the graduate program in taxation at New York Law School. He earned his J.D. degree from the New York Law School.

Ms. Rosenfeld lectures, as well as writes articles on various elder law issues for both attorneys and laypeople. She earned her B.A. degree from Barnard College of Columbia University and her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. Ms. Rosenfeld is a member of the New York State and Nassau County bar associations.

Ms. Levin earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, high honors, from Brandeis University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
