Gary Fry
is an attorney at Fry Law, LLC, in Canton, Ohio. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fry worked as a professional city planner for five years, focusing on real estate development application and zoning ordinance review. In addition to his work as an attorney, he has significant experience appearing before city councils, planning commissions, and boards of adjustment, addressing all types of land use issues. Mr. Fry earned his B.S. degree in planning and resource management from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law. He is a member of the Akron Bar Association (chair, Probate Law Section 2012-2013; chair, Real Property and Environmental Law Section, 2013-2014); Stark County Bar Association; Ohio State Bar Association; and J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Columbus Chapter (Akron area board representative 2010-present).

is an attorney with Hickman Lowder Lidrbauch & Welch Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianship, and probate. Mr. Welch graduated, magna cum laude, from Bowling Green State University; and earned his J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. He is a member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling, and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trusts and probate law, and elder law, which includes the drafting of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, assisting with the administration of trusts and estates, and advising clients in the areas of Medicaid and asset protection planning. Ms. Lehota is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida. She is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. Ms. Lehota earned her B.A. degree from the University of Delaware; her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law; and her Master of Taxation degree from The University of Akron.

Timothy J. Gallagher
is an partner with Reminger Co., LPA, and is the chair of the firm's Guardianship Probate Practice Group,. where he focuses his practice on legal matters involving probate, guardianship, trust and estate administration. Mr. Gallagher represents trustees and executors of estates, creating flexible plans to meet their needs. His experience in the area of probate and trust administration includes the drafting of estate plans for both individuals and families, and assisting them through the probate process. He also advises institutions on a variety of trust administration issues. Mr. Gallagher is also a member of the firm’s Probate Litigation Practice group. In this capacity, he leverages his jury trial experience to provide representation in probate and trust disputes involving will contests, charges of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and other potential issues that can complicate the settling of an estate. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Gallagher earned his B.S. degree from the Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and his J.D. degree from The University of Akron School of Law.
