Kimberly Weber

is a co-founder of Weber Pierce, LLC. She has almost 30 years of civil litigation and trial experience beginning her career as an assistant district attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ms. Weber also worked for insurance defense firms in Boston, Massachusetts and Atlanta, Georgia. For the last 20 years, she has focused her practice in real estate disputes, title litigation, breach of contract cases, business and commercial litigation, as well as banking and financial services litigation. Ms. Weber is a registered mediator and is licensed to practice before all trial and appellate courts in Georgia, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia, Massachusetts State and Superior Courts, and Massachusetts Court of Appeals. She earned her B.A degree from Providence College and her J.D degree from Boston College Law School.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
