David Rogers

is an attorney with Rogers, Holfrichter & Karrh, LLC. His primary areas of practice are Social Security disability, workers' compensation law, veteran's disability law, and vaccine law. Mr. Rogers has presented at numerous seminars on disability related issues resulting in Social Security, long term disability, workers' compensation and vaccine law. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. Federal Court of Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Rogers is a member of various professional organizations, some include the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, as well as the Georgia and American Trial Lawyer associations. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Military College of South Carolina - The Citadel, followed by his M.A. degree from Sydney University. Mr. Rogers earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, Athens, Georgia.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
