Joshua R. Driskell
is a managing partner with Lagerlof, LLP, where he practices in the areas of business, tax, estate, fiduciary, and related matters. He is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Mr. Driskell earned his bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University, his M.B.A. degree from the University of Findlay and his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in all California state courts, all Ohio state courts, United States Tax Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.

Daniel J. Sullivan
is a senior associate attorney at Lagerlof, LLP in the corporate and tax department. He focuses his practice on corporate transactions, as well as basic and advanced estate, gift, and income tax planning arising in the areas of wealth succession and business succession. As a tax agent, Mr. Sullivan has successfully represented clients in various complex property tax assessment appeals before the Los Angeles County Assessment Appeals Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University, and his LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
