Richard A. Greifinger
is an attorney and principal of the Law Offices of Richard A. Greifinger, Newark, New Jersey. He was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney in 1985 and recertified periodically ever since. Mr. Greifinger focuses his practice in a variety of disciplines, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, workers' compensation, invalidation of last will and testament, breach of restrictive covenant, breach of trade secrets, breach of contract, commercial fraud, insurance fraud, pension fraud, consumer fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, fire loss, criminal, and dissolution of marriage. He earned his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

James K. Weston, II
is a board-certified civil trial lawyer at Tom Riley Law Firm PLC, where he has practiced since graduating from law school in 1996. He practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence/malpractice, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Weston regularly speaks to lawyers' groups on litigation and trial issues, insurance law and other subjects. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law.

is a trial attorney with Garmey Law. He practices primarily civil litigation; handling personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle, medical malpractice, product liability, and financial consumer litigation cases. Mr. Richard also has handled high-profile criminal cases and trials, including being appointed to the Maine Homicide Specialized Case Panel. He has been featured by the media as a legal expert for high-profile criminal cases, and regularly teaches CLE seminars on litigation tactics and trial advocacy. Mr. Richard earned his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law.

Marni Berger
is a partner at Anapol Weiss who focuses her legal practice on advocating for abuse victims, fighting for individuals denied insurance coverage, and securing recovery for cases involving medical negligence, birth injuries, and product liability. She is passionate about helping the most vulnerable members of the population in matters involving the subject of sexual assault and trafficking, institutional and domestic child abuse, Title IX and civil rights violations. Ms. Berger is also dedicated to holding insurers and insurance brokers accountable for procuring inadequate coverage and failing to provide the coverage owed. She frequently lectures on emerging issues affecting victims of sexual, physical and emotional abuse and overcoming the insurance hurdles that oftentimes exist in cases involving such abuse. Ms. Berger earned her B.A. degree from The George Washington University and her J.D. degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
