is a shareholder in the Labor & Employment practice group of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. She represents employers and management in all aspects of federal and state court litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour claims, family and medical leave issues, and non-compete agreements. Ms. Barlotta has successfully represented employers in several jury trials and before the Eleventh Circuit. She was recently listed in Chambers USA as a leading Labor & Employment lawyer in Alabama and has been listed by “Best Lawyers in America for Labor and Employment Litigation” for every year since 2021. The Birmingham Business Journal has also recognized her as a “Rising Star of Law” and named her to the “Top 40 Under 40” list. She was recognized by B-Metro Magazine in 2022 as a Top Women Attorney.

is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City and San Diego offices of Ogletree Deakins. Mr. Keegan's practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. He is also a member of the firm's unfair competition and trade secrets practice group. Beyond his litigation practice, he also counsels and assists employers on a wide array of matters, including disability accommodations and the interactive process, employee leaves of absence, employee handbooks and policies, and litigation avoidance. Mr. Keegan is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in California, Utah and Idaho. He earned his B.A. degree from Franciscan University and his J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
