Stuart M. Collis
is managing partner with Collis, Griffor & Hendra PC. He practices in the areas of collections/creditor's rights, civil litigation, commercial litigation, family law, divorce, child custody, paternity, criminal law, driver's license restoration and DUI/OWI/drunk driving. Mr. Collis is a trained mediator and has extensive experience with case evaluation procedures. He has also served on a number of state and national organizations, including NABA, WCBA, MCBA,CLLA, and the Michigan Department of Agriculture's Companion Animal Committee. Mr. Collis has been published extensively, including several republications. He has created and presented numerous educational sessions for interested organizations. Mr. Collis earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University.

Tessa R. Scott
is a senior associate with Lippes Mathias LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial and general litigation across a diverse range of industries. Ms. Scott's practice involves both prosecution and defense of civil matters in New York and Massachusetts, as well as across the country in federal courts. She serves as team co-leader for the firm's electronically stored information practice, where she coordinates large-scale projects involving the analysis and production of electronically stored information. Ms. Scott is also a member of the firm's asset receivable management and consumer financial services, team where she defends creditors against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other consumer protection statutes. Ms. Scott also has significant experience with insurance litigation defense, including premises liability in residential, commercial, and municipal arenas. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. She earned her B.A. degree from Canisius College and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law.

Aaron S. Weiss
maintains a national litigation practice focused on telecommunications law, class actions, and consumer claims. His cases often involve all of these areas of law. Mr. Weiss also frequently counsels insurance companies on complex coverage issues relating to class actions and other aggregated litigation. He frequently litigates class action cases under a variety of consumer protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Florida Mini TCPA), Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP Act), Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). Mr. Weiss also routinely defends companies sued in data breach class actions and counsels insurers on issues related to cyber claims. He also has significant experience in both prosecuting and defending against intellectual property claims, often in cases involving novel technology. Mr. Weiss is recognized as a prominent voice in the legal press on these practice areas. He is routinely quoted in various lawyer-focused publications on key issues related to consumer class actions. Mr. Weiss also regularly publishes articles, lectures, and podcasts on issues related to procedural rules in federal court practice and other issues related to his practice. He currently writes a regular column for Law360 addressing key issues under consumer class actions and is part of the Board of Contributors for the Daily Business Review, where he frequently writes columns relating to federal civil practice in Florida. By appointment of Chief Judges K. Michael Moore and Cecilia Altonaga, since 2014, Mr. Weiss has served on the Southern District of Florida Ad Hoc Committee on Rules and Procedures. He has been the lead drafter of amendments to more than a dozen local rules. Mr. Weiss is board-certified by The Florida Bar in business litigation, a distinction achieved by less than 250 of the more than 100,000 Florida lawyers. In addition to his practice as an advocate, he is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator for civil and appellate cases. Mr. Weiss' mediation work focuses on class actions and other consumer claims. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University; and his J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.

Patrick O. Lacsina
is the principal of Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC. He concentrates his practice on creditors' rights, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, evictions, real estate transactions, collections, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to starting Patrick O. Lacsina Law Offices, LLC, Mr. Lacsina represented major financial institutions as the managing attorney at one of New Jersey's largest default services law firms. He earned his J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark and his bachelor's degree in information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Lacsina is licensed to practice in New Jersey and California.

Aurelius P. Robleto
is the founder and managing partner of Robleto Kuruce PLLC. He concentrates his practice in complex litigation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters. Mr. Robleto has represented hundreds of debtors, creditors and other interested parties to bankruptcy cases and non-bankruptcy debt workout matters. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, and is presently on the Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. Mr. Robleto earned his B.S. degree from Saint Vincent College and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
