Celena Nash
is an attorney at Nash Real Estate. She is an experienced litigator who has zealously represented real estate clients in the south Florida community for over a decade. Ms. Nash focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, homeowners and condominium association transactions, and negotiations and general commercial litigation. In addition, she serves as the general counsel for corporations, advising them of compliance and contract issues and of applicable local, state and federal regulations.Throughout her career, Ms. Nash has belonged and still belongs to a number of philanthropic and professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, T.J. Reddick Bar Association, Broward Lawyers Care, Inc., Emerge Broward, The Florida Bar's Legal Needs of Children Committee and The Florida Bar's Grievance Committee. She is admitted to The Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Nash earned her B.A degree from Park University and her J.D degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

W. Nathan Meloon
is an attorney with Widerman Malek. He focuses his legal practice on the areas of land use and development, real estate, local government law, commercial litigation, and property rights protection. Mr. Meloon represents individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation in Florida state courts, Division of Administrative Hearings and the United States Court for the Middle and Northern districts of Florida. He also advocates for clients before local and state governmental bodies. Mr. Meloon assists clients by helping to solve their issues in real estate, business, or trust and estate matters through litigation, mediation, or by assisting the client to ensure they are protected prior to any issues arising. With experience related to eminent domain legal matters, he serves as legal counsel for landowners in eminent domain proceedings. Mr. Meloon also represents landowners in inverse condemnation cases, where the government has taken land but has not paid the landowner just compensation for the use of that land. He is very active in the professional community and was appointed to serve on The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Standing Committee. Mr. Meloon earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern districts of Florida.

Richard J. Fox
is an attorney with the Law Office of Richard J. Fox PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate. As legal counsel, he represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title searches and closing. As a title insurance agent, Mr. Fox reviews title opinions and issues title insurance policies. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Fox is a member of the Vermont, Massachusetts, and Chittenden County bar associations; and is an agent for Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Steven E. Zablocki
is underwriting counsel for First American Title. He previously worked as foreclosure counsel, litigating secured lender disputes. Mr. Zablocki has extensive knowledge of title matters and was a frequent lecturer to firm staff. He has conducted numerous training sessions onsite for national lenders. Mr. Zablocki earned his B.A. degree from Marquette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
