Ms. Jean-Baptiste earned her J.D. degree, her Masters of Law in taxation (LL.M.) and an estate planning certificate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, family law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, income tax preparation, and tax controversy matters. Ms. Jean-Baptiste makes it a part of her practice to assist individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community in the areas of family law, and estates and trusts when confronted with unique challenges, considerations, and issues when exercising legal rights. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland state and federal courts, United States Tax Court, and United States Supreme Court. Ms. Jean-Baptiste prioritizes pro bono activities, lending her services to organizations and individuals across Maryland that are in need. She is the former chairperson for the Baltimore County Bar Association Estates & Trusts Committee, where she coordinated meetings, events and educational programs for her estates and trusts peers. Ms. Jean-Baptiste is a member of the Executive Board for the Harford County Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving members of Harford and Cecil counties.

She specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions, sales, construction/development, and financing. Additionally, Ms. Gluzman is actively involved in litigation matters including tax liens, mortgage foreclosures, and real estate related disputes. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, Ms. Gluzman was the executive productions editor of Pace Law Review Journal. Showcasing her exceptional oral advocacy skills and legal acumen, she earned her place amongst the top finalists in the 2020 Louis V. Fasulo Moot Court Competition and was a semi-finalist in the 2021 Advanced Appellate Moot Court Competition. A former summer associate at Bronster LLP, Ms. Gluzman rejoined the firm after passing the bar exam. She has prior experience as a legal intern for the Richmond County District Attorney's Office, specifically within the Narcotics and Investigations Bureau Unit. Additionally, Ms. Gluzman accumulated over seven years of experience working as a real estate paralegal and further solidified her expertise through her role as a title closer.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
