Marcus B. Hodge
, CPA/ABV/CFF, MBA, CFE is the owner of ASC Forensic, LLC, with offices in Asheville, North Carolina and Spartanburg, South Carolina. He founded ASC Forensic, LLC in 2009 to provide forensic accounting, business valuation and business intelligence services throughout the United States. Mr. Hodge is a certified public accountant licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, accredited in business valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, certified in financial forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a certified fraud examiner. He earned his B.A. degree from Clemson University and his M.B.A. degree in accounting from Coastal Carolina University. Mr. Hodge is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Joshua E. Hedrick
is a member in Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs that focuses on valuation, forensic, and transaction advisory services. Before joining Kraft Analytics, LLC in 2009, he worked with a large regional CPA firm in North Carolina in its business valuation and litigation support practice. Mr. Hedrick began his professional career in the financial institutions industry. His major areas of practice include, but are not limited to, business valuations, financial instrument valuation, intangible property valuation, damages computations, mergers and acquisition consulting, equity and financing transaction consulting, forensic accounting, and cash flow and capital investment modeling. Mr. Hedrick has broad industry experience, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, entertainment, transportation, software, life sciences, retail, construction, distribution, and real estate. He is a certified valuation analyst (CVA). Mr. Hedrick earned his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Appalachian State University and his post-masters certificate in financial analysis at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Stephen Vincent
is a founding member and attorney at State 48 Law Firm. His practice focuses primarily on divorce, custody and family law issues. Mr. Vincent earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, his master's degree from Southern Utah University and his J.D. degree from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Arizona.

Carson Mayhall
is a supervisor and senior analyst with Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs. He has extensive experience related to business valuation, equity interests, intellectual property, and other intangible assets. Mr. Mayhall works with clients in a variety of industries on complex engagements involving managerial planning, lending, investment, accounting, tax, marital dissolution, restructuring, and litigation. His additional experience in forensic accounting services provides valuable insight for clients faced with complex financial situations. Mr. Mayhall earned his B.S. degree in business administration, concentration in business analytics and supply chain management, University of Tennessee.

Matthew Barnes
is a manager with Kraft Analytics, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs. He specializes in fraud and forensic analysis, transaction advisory and consulting, litigation services, and business valuations. Mr. Barnes works with clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, entertainment, transportation, software, life sciences, retail, construction, distribution, and real estate. He has extensive forensic experience, which ranges from internal investigations of accounting and financial reporting irregularities to intensive investigations of alleged fraud and other misconduct subject to litigation in both the civil and criminal arenas. Additional experience includes work involving Ponzi schemes, financial statement manipulation, check kiting, asset misappropriation, infringement claims, fraudulent disbursements, and wire fraud. His background in valuation services includes business valuations, equity interests, debt instruments, intellectual property (including patents, trademarks, and copyrights), and other intangible assets such as non-compete agreements, management agreements, and customer contracts. Mr. Barnes has also worked with modeling complex equity structures, waterfall analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations. His transaction advisory experience includes valuations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, due diligence (buyer and seller side), and transaction structuring related to acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, equity investments, lending transactions, and generational transfers. Other advisory experience includes management consulting during the due diligence and transitional phases of acquisitions, performing industry and competitive analysis, identifying business strategies, completing compensation studies, and developing capital project analysis including PPP loan analysis. Before joining Kraft Analytics, Mr. Barnes was an attorney, and worked extensively in mergers and acquisitions, tax, and contract law in Middle Tennessee. He rearned his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Tennessee Tech University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University.
