J. Vincent Demps
is presently the president/CEO of Masterchek Inc., a full-service investigative firm focused on surveillance in connection with insurance fraud. He presently manages the day-to-day operations of a team of 125 investigators and private contractors nationwide with a corporate office located in Nashville, Tennessee; a branch office in Memphis, Tennessee; and several regional satellite offices located in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Maryland and San Diego. Mr. Demps coordinates the investigations on workers' compensation, liability, criminal, and undercover assignments for various Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as top law firms throughout the United States. Managing relationships daily with companies such as CN Railroad, Federal Express, UPS, state of Tennessee, Shelby County, MLGW, Saint Francis Hospital, city of Knoxville, and various TPAs and law firms nationwide. Assisting these and several other companies with the gathering of information in relation to accidents, incidents, and sometimes deaths in connection with individuals they employ. During his early college years, he was called up to active duty to serve in Operation Desert Storm. During this wartime environment, he served alongside his fellow soldiers as an M.P. (military police) and unit supply specialist assisting with the day-to-day operations of operating a P.O.W (prisoner of war} camp in Saudi Arabia. Prior to taking over leadership at Masterchek, Mr. Demps worked directly for a senior partner at Bass, Berry, and Sims PLC as his lead litigation paralegal. He supervised a team of three paralegals, assigning office and case duties daily. Mr. Demps participated directly in trials and depositions, as well as played a key role in the preparation process. He managed and assigned to various large document-intensive cases (i.e., NHC Nursing Home Fire, Brentwood v. TSSAA, HCA v. DRL, etc.) and assisted in the case review and investigation process. Mr. Demps filed various legal documents with metro courts, federal courts, Sixth Circuit Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court; and conducted telephonic and face-to-face witness interviews to obtain information in various cases, while collaborating with the firm's internal investigative team. He graduated from Volunteer Community College with a degree in computer information technology, with a concentration in cyber defense. Mr. Demps earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in homeland security from Fisk University. Currently, he is working on his graduate certificate in cyber cecurity and information assurance from the University of Memphis. In addition, Mr. Demps holds over twelve state investigative licenses and is one of only five certified trainers in the state of Tennessee. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., where he serves as the parliamentarian of his local chapter. Mr. Demps is the president of the Memphis Fisk Alumni Association and host two nationwide podcast on investigations and cybersecurity.

Rick S. Geiger, Esq.
is the principal at the Law Office of Rick S. Geiger, LLC & Geiger Gaming Law. He has a traditional business, and business litigation practice, including business start-ups, contracts, employment law, and general litigation. Mr. Geiger is also a well-known expert in gaming and gambling law, including online gaming and gambling, traditional casino gaming, e-sports law, software licensing, legal compliance for gaming and gambling, econometric analysis for casinos, and gaming companies. He is also a business executive with extensive experience in technology management. Mr. Geiger has the unique background and experience of working both as an attorney and as a business executive in all aspects of gaming, virtual worlds gaming, payment systems, and gaming business management. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Geiger is a member of the New York State Bar Association and U.S. district courts and appellate courts.

Frank X. Wukovits
practices with the firm's tech, privacy and data innovations group; and corporate & securities group. He dedicates his practice to working with entities at the intersection of law, business, and emerging technologies, ranging from startups, emerging growth companies, private companies and Fortune 500 companies to private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate VCs, family offices, and angel investors that invest in those companies. Mr. Wukovits works with entities across the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic planning and decision making prior to formation, governance, corporate counseling, venture capital, debt and equity financings, series funding, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and integration. He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts a myriad of agreements involving application development, end user licenses, software-as-a-service (SaaS),payments-as-a-service (PaaS), secure cloud computing, mobile computing, information technology, data licensing, e-commerce, AdTech, marketing tech, and healthcare with service providers, vendors, partners, developers, business associates, manufacturers, suppliers, customers and other entities. Mr. Wukovits also dedicates his practice to the ever-evolving arena of privacy and security, advising clients on complex matters involving corporate compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and forensics. This includes identifying and mitigating risks to an organization's core business functions; leading vulnerability and risk assessments; investigating and responding to data breaches; protecting organizational assets and systems; and implementing effective security protocols, policies, and procedures. His speaking engagements include presentations for board members, executives, in-house counsel, managers, industry experts, attorneys, and law students in the realm of data security and privacy, risk management, current and trending issues, threat analysis, cost benefit analysis, and compliance. Prior to joining CSG Law, Mr. Wukovits litigated complex disputes in federal, state, appellate, and arbitration proceedings ranging from contract disputes to class actions and federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in data privacy & security. Mr. Wukovits also earned his Masters of Engineering from The George Washington University - School of Engineering and Applied Science with a concentration in cybersecurity policy and compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Colgate University.

Donald A. Wochna
formed the E-Data Law Group LLC almost 19 years ago, which is a consortium of experts that design, build and defend advanced technological solutions to legal challenges in litigation, healthcare, audit, privacy and security issues. The vision of the E-Data Law Group is to use electronic data to make the practice of law proactive. Mr. Wochna obtained one of the first civilian licenses for computer forensic software, and began a business identifying, preserving, extracting, analyzing and producing electronically stored information, including content, metadata and artifacts. He earned his B.S. degree from Cal State Long Beach and his J.D. degree from The Law School, University of Chicago. Mr. Wochna has written hundreds of articles related to ediscovery, Big Data, analytics, and the challenges to the legal profession raised by electronic information systems. His books include, E-discovery: Making the Computer Your Best Witness, published by Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Wochna is a frequent and lively speaker regarding electronic data issues. He has testified before the Advisory Committee on Amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure, and has been influential in shaping the process by which large sparse datasets are defensibly searched to produce relevant information without reliance upon agreed-upon search terms.
