She has represented clients at all levels of state and federal court, as well as administrative agencies such as the Pennsylvania Office for Dispute Resolution, Office for Civil Rights and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Ms. Zundel has expertly handled special education cases, student discipline matters, employment matters, and Title IX investigations. She graduated with her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Mount Union and obtained her law degree from The University of Pittsburgh, where she participated as Senior Research Editor for The University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Ms. Zundel was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2020-2022, and proudly serves as Vice Chair of the PBA Exceptional Childrens' Committee. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

is a partner with King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul, LLC in their education law practice group and chair of the special education law practice group. She represents school entities regarding special education, truancy, discipline, enrollment, and right to know matters. Ms. Young litigates cases before state trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies including the Office of Open Records, Office for Dispute Resolution and Pennsylvania Department of Education. She earned her J.D. degree at Villanova University School of Law; her M.A. degree in clinical psychology at MCP-Hahnemann University; her M.Ed. degree in mental health counseling from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst; and her undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Ms. Young is a member of the Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton County bar associations; Children's Rights Committee; and Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania, and Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

is the director of secondary curriculum of Dallas School District, and principal of Dallas Middle School. As director of secondary curriculum, he is responsible for the for the following; review, development and management of curriculum and assessment in all grades 7-12; English as a Second Language Program; and the district homeschooling program. As middle school principal, Mr. Shaffer is responsible for the leadership, supervision and evaluation of all 70+ professional and paraprofessional staff; develop, plan and implement school site programs in accordance with goals and objectives; recommend and administer policies and procedures; coordinate school activities with related departments and outside agencies and organizations, and more. He is a certified national trainer for the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, as well as a member of the RAND Corporation National Educator Advisory Panel. Mr. Shaffer received his M.S. degree from Marywood University.
