She specializes in counseling companies and business owners through all stages of their ventures from conception to dissolution, assisting her business clients in all of their needs for maintenance and growth and represents her business clients in negotiating and documenting various transactions (including real estate or other property acquisitions, leases, master client/customer and vendor/supply agreements, etc.). And, should the business venture end, Ms. Fetbroyt works with her clients to ensure that the dissolution and wind up process is as smooth as possible. She also handles dispute resolution with the goal of resolving an issue thoroughly and efficiently so that her clients can get back to what they do best run a business. When necessary, Ms. Fetbroyt will zealously represent her clients in commercial litigation matters, including business owner disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, and other business torts, such as business fraud and wrongful interference with business relationships. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Fetbroyt earned her B.A. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

is a sole practitioner with Donner & Company Law Offices LLC in Wheaton, Illinois, where he concentrates in litigation, corporate maintenance, insurance law, real estate, and employment law. He frequently lectures on his areas of practice, and has written two treatises for Thomson Reuters (West) Publishing. Mr. Donner is an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court, Northern and Central districts of Illinois; United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; and the United States District Court, Central District of Indiana. Mr. Donner is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association (former president), DuPage County Bar Foundation, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation (life fellow), American Society of Trial Consultants Foundation, and SCRIBES (Society of Legal Writers). He is a past recipient of the DuPage County Bar Association's Lawyer of the Year. Mr. Donner earned his B.A. degree from Roosevelt University and his J.D. degree from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
