Tara L. Tighe Umbrino
is the attorney at TLT Legal Services, PLLC. She is an experienced personal injury attorney and civil litigator. Ms. Tighe Umbrino has significant litigation experience in both jury and bench trials, and her strong desire to help others led her to become an attorney who fights for the rights of aggrieved and injured individuals. She is admitted to practice in Virginia (state, EDVA and WDVA), Maryland (state and DMD) and the District of Columbia (state and DDC). Ms. Tighe Umbrino is fluent in English and Spanish. She earned her B.A. degree from Tufts University and her J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School. Ms. Tighe maintains an active practice in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

David Holt
is an attorney with The Brain Injury Law Center. His primary focus as a trial attorney is plaintiff's personal injury/wrongful death, traumatic brain injury litigation, car and motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and white collar criminal defense and traffic cases. Mr. Holt also practices in the areas of business law and contract disputes, products liability, defamation, workers' compensation and more. He has tried to verdict hundreds of jury trials, including many civil juries in the past several years, ending in awards of millions of dollars for his clients. As a prosecutor, Mr. Holt has given speeches and been an instructor of trial techniques around the country. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Holt is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Mary Washington and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

is of counsel with the law firm of Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll, P.C., and practices in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. He is on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Bar Association, and he is the treasurer of the Prince George's County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, and the Maryland Association of Justice. Mr. Vinick was the Maryland Association of Justice Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2011. He earned his B.A. degree, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
