Sarah J. Decker-Hall
is a sole practitioner in the Dayton, Ohio area. She has been an attorney for 20 years and focuses her practice on family law. Ms. Decker-Hall is the former president of the Stanley Z. Greenberg Family Law Forum. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Ms. Decker-Hall earned her B.A. degree from Capital University and her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit School of Law.

Francesca Carinci
is a sole practitioner and small-town lawyer who will take a personal interest in your case and can give you individualized attention. Ms. Carinci practices in the areas of family law, divorce and tax. She regularly assists clients with tax related matters and QDROS. She is a trial attorney and former magistrate in domestic relations, as well as a former juvenile court magistrate. Ms. Carinci regularly practices in several counties such as Harrison, Belmont and Columbiana, as well as Jefferson. She has also practiced in Cuyahoga, Franklin and Stark counties. An experienced trial lawyer, Ms. Carinci has served as council on numerous nationally significant cases. She has been very active in the local community and serves on many boards for charitable organizations. Ms. Carinci has worked as an adjunct professor at Eastern Gateway Community College, teaching real estate law for over 23 years. She earned her B.S. degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and her J.D. degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Courtney Sparks White
J.D. LL.M., ASA, CVA, MAFF is a partner with Blue Sky Business Valuation, LLC. She works with business owners, attorneys, and advisors on transactional valuation matters and other complex financial issues that arise in family law matters. Ms. Sparks White has testified over 65 times in numerous counties throughout Ohio. She is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (American Society of Appraisers) and a Certified Valuation Analyst and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (both through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts). Ms. Sparks White earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and both her J.D. and LL.M. (tax) degrees from Capital University Law School.

Corinne N. Ryan
is a partner in the law firm of Kokensparger Ryan Legal Group. She and Mr. Kokensparger are a wife and husband legal team that limit their practice to the fields of family law, adoptions and appeals. Ms. Ryan is a frequent lecturer on family law and adoption issues. She has 20 years of concentrated experience in the field of family law. Ms. Ryan is admitted to practice in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from John Carroll University and her J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.

Anthony R. Pecora
is director of Dooley, Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora. As the department chair of the family law department, he leads a team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated to achieving client's goals and shepherding them through difficult times. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Pecora and his team represent individuals with complex issues arising in domestic disputes, divorce, dissolution, legal separation, property division, alimony, child support, adoption, custody, shared parenting, contempt for failure to abide by court orders, and visitation, as well as issues related to asset valuations, real estate division, taxes, and retirement planning. In addition to family law, he also practices in the areas of general litigation and mediation, public entities, business law, corporate conduct and employment, and cemetery law. In addition to his private legal practice at the firm, Mr. Pecora also serves as the elected law director for the city of Amherst, a Lorain County city with a population of over 13,000 residents. In this capacity, he advises administration officials including the mayor and city council. He earned his Bachelor of Education (majored in secondary education with a minor in political science and history) from the University of Toledo and his J.D. degree from Marshall College of Law. Mr. Pecora is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
