Sheila-Marie Finkelstein
, Esq. LLM. has an LLM in Taxation, is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, and is a Veterans Affairs Accredited Attorney. She founded and runs the Pro Bono Estate Clinic at Veterans Legal Institute, preparing approximately 100 complete estate plans annually for veterans in need. Ms. Finkelstein, has been published multiple times in the American Bar Association national magazines and Orange County Lawyer, and teaches several continuing legal education courses through NBI, Orange County Bar Association, CEB, and CalVet. She frequently speaks at public and private events on the benefits of proper estate planning. Ms. Finkelstein is currently a Senior Counsel at Klinedinst Attorneys, in Orange County and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Finkelstein founded AHAVA Law, P.C. where Estate Planning is Planning for Life…with your LOVE! ™ Ms. Finkelstein is passionate about education and veterans. She practices in estate planning because of her experiences as a clerk for the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, and as an elementary school science teacher with Teach for America. Ms. Finkelstein. She received her J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law, her B.A. from American University, M.Ed. from University of Nevada - Las Vegas, and LLM from Chapman University Fowler School of Law.

Timothy C. Pickart
is an attorney with the Law Offices of Timothy Cahill Pickart, specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Pickart primarily represents business owners, professionals and other high net-worth individuals. His focus is to be pro-active, reduce risk and protect clients before problems arise. Mr. Pickart also is an instructor in the paralegal certificate program at the University of California, Irvine, where he has taught a course on estate planning. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Alexander C. Winkle
is a senior associate in the estates and trusts group at Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, where he assists clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and a variety of tax-related matters. Mr. Winkle obtained both his J.D. and tax LL.M. degrees in 2015, with honors, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. During law school, he clerked for the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. Mr. Winkle earned his B.A. degree in political science and his B.F.A. degree in film production from Chapman University, both with University Honors, cum laude. Prior to joining Henderson, Caverly & Pum LLP, he was an associate attorney at Schwartz Law Group, Inc. from 2016-2021, where he designed, drafted, and implemented comprehensive federal, state, and international tax planning; estate planning; and business planning for businesses and individuals with a focus on control, growth, profitability, protection of assets and succession planning. Mr. Winkle also represented clients in probate matters before the California Superior Court. He is a certified specialist in both estate planning, trust and probate law, as well as taxation law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization; and served on the board of several non-profit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay.

is senior vice president, co-chair of the global tax practice; and co-managing shareholder of the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. She counsels individuals, partnerships, estates, and corporations in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax agencies, including the California Franchise Tax Board, the State Board of Equalization, the Employment Development Department, and county assessment appeals boards. Ms. Ferreira represents clients before the IRS, and state and local tax agencies at the audit, collection, appeals, and litigation stages. She earned her B.S. degree from University of California at Davis and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
