Ryan R. Seib
is an attorney at Assurity Legal LLC. He practices in the areas of business, real estate, aviation, contracts, and agreements. Mr. Seib has assisted many businesses with handling legal matters in Wisconsin and Illinois. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, State Courts of Illinois, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District, and U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Seib earned his B.A. degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his J.D. degree from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He presents aviation law courses and writes about aviation law nationally.

Lisa A. Petersen
is underwriting counsel and back up state counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group, which includes Chicago Title Insurance Company, Security Union Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Lawyer's Title Insurance Corporation and Commonwealth Land Title Company. Her responsibilities include statewide underwriting for all companies. Ms. Petersen is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. She also is a member of the Wisconsin Land Title Association, where she is an active member of the Education and Legislative committees. Ms. Petersen is a past president of the Wisconsin Land Title Association and has served on its Board of Directors for seven years. She is a frequent lecturer on title issues across the state. Ms. Petersen earned her B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. degree from Northern Illinois University.

Anne E. Wal
is a shareholder in the real estate, construction, banking, bankruptcy, and business restructuring sections of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She represents privately and publicly held businesses, financial institutions, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities in construction, real estate, and commercial finance matters. Ms. Wal's real estate work covers all stages of commercial development, including acquisition; obtaining entitlements; negotiating development agreements, easements, or other documents memorializing property rights; negotiating design and construction contracts; and negotiating leases. She has an extensive background in banking as a former business banker, middle market commercial banking paralegal, and project manager for compliance issues at three of the largest banks in Milwaukee. While at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One), she was a member of a national project team formed to create new versions of middle market commercial loan documents. Ms. Wal's professional memberships include the American and Milwaukee bar associations, and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
