Insights Into What it Means to be a Philadelphia Trial Lawyer
A courtroom has been described as a crucible in which there is great heat that shines a light on the truth. It is this crucible that reveals the weight of a lawyer's responsibility to their client and so, the stakes of preparation of the facts, the law and advocacy. There are few surrogates for actual trial lawyering in big stakes cases and the commitment, sacrifice, and creativity these cases demand. This in-person seminar brings together an engaging panel of the best plaintiffs and defense trial lawyers to share their hard-earned insights into the art of advocacy; of being a trial lawyer.
Founded on Andrew Hamilton's legacy of going to New York to defend free speech, the phrase “the Philadelphia Lawyer” captures the rich history of our city's trial lawyers and their prowess and advocacy in the courtroom. The masters of their craft outlined this panel program to share lessons learned and strategies with you so that you can carry on Hamilton's legacy and develop your voice as a trial lawyer. Become a better advocate - for your clients, for yourself, and continue to build the reputation and future of the legal profession. Register today!
