Andrew A. Adams
is an attorney with the law firm of Curtis Porter & Adams Law PLLC in Idaho Falls. He has completed the industrial commission's workman's compensation certification and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law. Mr. Adams earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his J.D. degree from Phoenix School of Law.

Dr. Peter Blumenthal
is an occupational physician with training in pharmacology and toxicology, and clinical experience in trauma. Dr. Blumenthal learned to understand illnesses caused by toxic exposure during fellowship training in clinical pharmacology and toxicology. He learned injury management during 12,000 hours as an emergency physician. Dr. Blumenthal is versed in both prevention and care of work-related injuries and illnesses. Since 1993, he has conducted over 36,000 independent medical exams, including long term disability assessments. Dr. Blumenthal earned his M.D. degree and a Dr. med. degree in Bonn, Germany; trained in clinical pharmacology at Tulane; trained in clinical pharmaco-kinetics at the State University of New York at Buffalo; and earned his M.P.H. (Master of Public Health) degree at Rutgers. He has maintained an academic affiliation as clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Blumenthal is a diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine in occupational medicine, as well as a diplomate of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (CIME). Locally, he is a member of the Essex County Medical Society (past president and current chair of the Medical-Legal Liaison Committee); regionally as a member of the Medical Society of New Jersey (First VP); and nationally as a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (past Speaker of the House).

Dr. David Cooper
owns and operates The Knee Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and the Jefferson Orthopedic residency. Dr. Cooper entered private practice as a general orthopedic surgeon in Lansdale, Pennsylvania after serving our country for eight years as a U.S. Navy Reserve medical officer. For four years, Dr. Cooper performed all types of orthopedic surgery, including neck and low back laminectomies and fusions, along with extensive open and closed fracture care. In 1980, he was recruited by Geisinger to open the orthopedic department at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital in Wilkes-Barre, where he was one of the first orthopedic surgeons in the valley to introduce knee replacements and arthroscopic surgery. In 1981, Dr. Cooper opened The Knee Center in Wilkes-Barre to further specialize in the care and treatment of knee and lower extremity disorders. He has personally performed more than 6,000 arthroscopic surgeries, ligament repairs and knee replacements. In terms of actually performing surgeries as opposed to having interns and residents handle the cases, Dr. Cooper is one of the most experienced knee surgeons in the world, as well as being board-certified for life by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, the highest honor that any medical specialist practicing in the U.S. can obtain. As a sought after speaker by many national organizations, he has spoken at the national conferences of the American Bar Association and the Risk Insurance Management Society national meetings in New Orleans and Atlanta. Dr. Cooper is an adjunct professor at Binghamton University and Kings University. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at Binghamton University, Kings University and the University of Scranton. Dr. Cooper has been a private pilot for over 30 years, and enjoys flying his turbine Bonanza to conferences and lectures.

Linda T. Pirolli
is a partner with Pirolli and Pirolli Attorneys at Law, where she practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability insurance claims. Ms. Pirolli is a graduate of Princeton University and Temple University Beasley School of Law. She has practiced law in southern New Jersey for over 35 years.

Dr. Lauren Rasmussen
is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in diagnosis and treatment planning of neurological diseases and disorders and health-related conditions. Dr. Rasmussen has been recognized by the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists as being a competent forensic provider. As such, she has served as an expert witness in many cases involving traumatic brain injury, competency, posttraumatic stress disorder, and other psychological conditions as part of a claim involved in litigation. Dr. Rasmussen also specializes in workers' compensation claims and often provides second medical opinions on injuries/damages in question. She has a special interest in fitness for duty evaluations for individuals looking to return to work or whose capacity to complete their workplace duties are being questioned. From a clinical perspective, Dr. Rasmussen frequently evaluates patients who are concerned about their memory or who have been diagnosed with progressive neurocognitive conditions. She also assesses for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities in adults (and for accommodations needed on standardized testing or in the classroom), psychiatric conditions, and presurgical clearance. Dr. Rasmussen often works with bariatric surgery candidates and patients who need presurgical clearance for major spinal surgeries and implantable devices such as spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pain pumps. Outside of the office environment, Dr. Rasmussen enjoys rigorous fitness endeavors, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and traveling. She is also involved in consultation work with several neurorehabilitation hospitals throughout the state of Louisiana and occasionally has the privilege to serve as an adjunct faculty member at LSU.

Charles I. Consagra
is of counsel with Needle Law Firm, where he concentrates in the field of administrative law, with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice and business law. He is an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. Mr. Consagra earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton; and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He earned his Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology and his Master of Science degree in Ed. from Marywood University. Mr. Consagra also holds a M.Div degree and Ph.D. degree (all but dissertations).

Lola S. Richey
is a partner with the Richey and Richey Law Firm. She is a trial attorney handling workers' compensation, workplace injuries, and Social Security disability cases. Ms. Richey has extensive trial experience representing injured workers before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration. She has successfully tried numerous complex workers' compensation and Social Security disability cases to completion. Ms. Richey is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Maryland. She earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina; her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law; and her LL.M. degree from the University of Florida College of Law.

Alana Bomberger
, MA, CRC, CCM is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Case Manager for OSC Vocational Systems, Inc. Alana obtained her BA and MA from Western Washington University and has worked in the field since 2019. She provides vocational rehabilitation counseling, disability management, vocational assessments, case management, and forensic services utilizing knowledge of the medical aspects of disability.

Robert J. Kasieta
is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pre-trial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. He has written and taught extensively in the areas of trial practice, personal injury law and insurance law, and is an instructor of trial practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Kasieta is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh circuits, and all Wisconsin courts. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Kasieta earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University; and his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
