James M. Snow
is a sole practitioner in High Point, where his areas of practice include estate planning and settlement, estate litigation, asset protection, elder law, workers' compensation, personal injury law and business law. Mr. Snow is a member of several professional organizations, including the NC Advocates for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is past president of the High Point Bar Association, and the first winner of the Fisher-Haworth Award for outstanding service to the bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jennifer M. McInerney
is an attorney with McInerney Law, where her practice is focused in estate planning, primarily for families with special needs children. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. McInerney is the founding member and co-president of the Board of Directors of Special Siblings, which provides support for children with special needs siblings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority. Ms. McInerney is a member of the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Alabama, Shelby Humane Society and 25:35. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as well as her M.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. McInerney earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.

is a solo practitioner with offices in Westport, Connecticut. His practice emphasizes all aspects of estate planning and probate, including probate litigation and probate tax issues. Mr. Saxl is a member of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law-Camden.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation.
