David E. Lieberman
is a partner with Levin Schreder & Carey, where he litigates complex disputes over trusts, estates and the governance of family-owned and other closely held businesses. He is a trusted firm partner, serving as our internal ethics and risk management counsel. Mr. Lieberman aims to help every client identify and achieve their objectives by devising and diligently implementing efficient and effective strategies. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where he serves on its Fiduciary Litigation and Professional Responsibility Committees, and is chair of the American Bar Association's Litigation, Ethics and Malpractice Group in its trust and estate law section. Mr. Lieberman is past chair of the section's Probate and Fiduciary Litigation Committee and Malpractice Committee, and serves as ABA Advisor to the Uniform Law Commission's Drafting Committee on Conflicts of Laws in Trusts and Estates. He earned his Sc. B. degree (magna cum laude, Sigma Xi Honor Society for Science and Engineering) from Brown University; and his J.D. degree (member, University of Chicago Law Review, S.K. Yee Scholarship, Bradley Fellowship in criminal justice) from the University of Chicago. Mr. Lieberman is admitted to practice in Illinois.

John C. Martin
is a partner with Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, where his law practice is devoted to providing representation in complex business disputes, including contractual, fiduciary and attorney professional responsibility matters. He has extensive first-chair trial and appellate experience before state and federal courts, as well as commercial arbitrations. Mr. Martin also frequently collaborates with other firms as local counsel in matters requiring a detailed understanding of the courts located in Chicago and its suburbs. His practice also extends to attorney professional responsibility matters. Mr. Martin represents and advises both attorneys and clients in connection with professional responsibility matters and fee disputes and provides counsel to both lawyers and law firms in connection with partnership conflicts. He is a past chair of both the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Ethics and Professionalism Committee and the Chicago Bar Association's Professional Fees Committees. Mr. Martin has also served as an active member of the Chicago Bar Association's Professional Responsibility Committee and was a member of the ABA Ethics 20/20's Working Group on Alternative Litigation Finance. He has spoken and published extensively on issues relating to legal ethics and attorney professional responsibilities, including presentations on attorney obligations relating to fees, attorney's liens, advertising, and financing. Mr. Martin earned his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice in state of Illinois, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Northern District of Illinois (including Trial Bar), Central District of Illinois and Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Robert A. Kezelis
is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and complex litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School. In 1991, Mr. Kezelis was the first American professor invited to teach in Lithuania after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. Mr. Kezelis earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility, Civil Practice and Judicial Evaluation committees), Illinois State and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations; as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Christian E. Ketter
is an attorney with Peterson, Johnson & Murray. He is an adjunct professor of law at University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a member of the American Association of University Professors. Mr. Ketter is a former prosecutor and adjunct professor of criminal procedure at Morton College. He served as a judicial intern to Judge William J. Bauer on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Ketter is Associate General Counsel of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Editor-in-Chief of the DuPage County Bar Association's Journal, the DCBA Brief and the chair of the Association's Appellate Law Section, and serves on its Board of Directors. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Society of Scholars, and served on the Seventh Circuit Bar Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Mr. Ketter has presented for the Institute for Paralegal Education, MyLawCLE,guest-lectured at Northwestern State University of Louisiana, and co-authored a 2022 presentation on jail litigation for the Illinois Sheriffs' Association Conference for Chief Deputy & Jail Administrators. His scholarship has been published in The University of Toledo Law Review, Wayne State Law Review, Florida Coastal Law Review, The Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, UIC John Marshall Law Review, Campbell Law Review, Journal of Illinois Local Government Lawyer's Association, Illinois Bar Journal, Rutgers Law Record, and Cleveland State Law Review. Mr. Ketter's publications have been covered by Racism.org:Race, Racism and the Law and cited in the American Law Reports Federal Registry. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from DePaul University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Michael J. Pasquinelli, Jr.
is an attorney at Peterson, Johnson & Murray LLC in Chicago, Illinois. He joined the firm after compiling 17 years of experience in complex litigation in both the private and governmental sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pasquinelli represented clients in personal injury, consumer fraud, breach of contract, corporate transactional, corporate general counsel, commercial real estate, and residential real estate matters; and defended a broad portfolio of civil litigation cases from construction general liability to breach of contract and fiduciary claims. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. degree in economics, and later graduated cum laude from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School), where he was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. Mr. Pasquinelli is a member of the Illinois State and Chicago bar associations. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central districts of Illinois.

Bryce J. Denny
is the owner of Law Office of Bryce Denny, L.L.C., where he primarily practices labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Denny was re-appointed in 2017 to a three-year term on the Louisiana State Bar Labor Law Advisory Commission. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Denny earned his B.A. degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.
