Speaker bio
Aaron P. Frederickson
is the founder of MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC. He has legal practice experience in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and Medicare compliance. Mr. Frederickson is also a health insurance professional and has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin since 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, he has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm, where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. Mr. Frederickson also assists low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Cloud State University and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Frederickson is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).

Christopher C. Russell
is a partner in the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. He practices in the fields of labor and employment, and workers' compensation, representing various companies before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Russell has been certified as one of the state of Ohio's first specialists in the field of workers' compensation by the Ohio State Bar Association. A substantial portion of his practice also involves labor arbitrations, employment litigation, and workplace safety issues. Mr. Russell is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College; and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

Brent M. Steier
is an attorney with Simien & Simien. He focuses his practice on workers' compensation litigation, contract litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation, commercial collections, and commercial bankruptcy (adversary proceedings). Mr. Steier is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts; U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; and the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge bar associations. Mr. Steier earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Northern Illinois; University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers' compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. Hummel's legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. She donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. Ms. Hummel earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

, managing partner of George C. Patrick & Associates, devotes the majority of his practice to workers' compensation and government law. A graduate of Northwestern University, Mr. Patrick earned his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University. He is a member of the Lake County and Indiana State bar associations, Workplace Injury Litigation Group, Indiana Workers' Compensation Institute, and Municipal Lawyers Association of Indiana.
