Erik Halverson
is the managing attorney with Halverson Law Group, a business counsel firm for transaction and litigation matters. He has a niche focus in the cannabis industry, representing many of the largest retail and producers in the state of Washington. Mr. Halverson has been an active leader in groundbreaking cannabis related projects, speaking engagements, and industry shaping. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.

is an attorney with Angela J. Lack, P.L.L.C., where she practices in estate planning, contracts, business entity formation, and civil litigation. is an attorney with Allegis Law, where he focuses on business succession, asset protection, taxation, and estate planning. He participates in the National Association of Estate Planners, and is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. A previous chair of the Utah State Bar's Business Law Section, Mr. Diehl regularly organizes and presents continuing education programs for other attorneys and CPAs. He is also a member of legislation and government relation committees that revise Utah estate, probate, and business laws. Mr Diehl earned his B.A. degree in economics from Utah State University, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, and has undergone additional post-doctor training in taxation at Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C.

Henry J. Geha, III
is an attorney in the Toledo office of Marshall & Melhorn, LLC. He focuses his practice on commercial transactions, business litigation, creditors' rights, and strategic legal initiatives, involving compliance, information technology, and supplier relationships. Mr. Geha's practice includes both transactional and litigation matters for a range of companies and institutions, with an emphasis on public and closely held companies and financial institutions. He defends directors and officers lawsuits and provides counsel as to government actions and administrative proceedings. Mr. Geha defends actions initiated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC). In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for various companies and handles real estate matters.

is a sole practitioner in Columbus. For many years, he has represented small and medium-sized business, especially in the construction industry, and he works as a litigator in both state and federal courts. Mr. Streb is the author of newspaper and magazine articles, scholarly articles in law and media studies, and literary works. He is a member of the Ohio State, New York, and Columbus bar associations; and is admitted to practice before the Ohio State Supreme Court, New York State Bar, U.S. District Courts in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin, U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit, U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Streb earned his undergraduate degree, master's degree and doctoral degree from The Ohio State University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School. He is a seven-time national champion in the veteran's division of the United States Fencing Association, and he has won nine world championship medals. He has presented for other NBI seminars on the topics of limited liability companies and buying and selling businesses.
