Mr. Osborn is a member of the American Bar Association; State Bar of California's Conference of Bar Associations; San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Western San Bernardino County and Los Angeles County bar associations; Probate Attorneys of San Diego; and a Joseph B. Campbell American Inn of Court board member. He earned his B.A. degree from Lewis and Clark College, his A.B.D. degree from The Claremont Graduate School, and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

Morgan E. Tuss
is an attorney at Patten Peterman Bekkedahl & Green, PLLC. She practices in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate and taxation planning, along with business, contract, property and transactional matters. Ms. Tuss also assists with business disputes, and guardianship and conservatorship matters. Representing County Ward 7, she also serves as a board member of the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, for the Board of Planning, Board of Zoning and Board of Adjustments. Ms. Tuss also serves as a board member for Billings TrailNet, a 501(c)(3) non-profit qualified organization, and as trustee for the New Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Montana.
