Robert S. Barnett
is a founding partner in the law firm of Capell Barnett Matalon & Schoenfeld, LLP, where he practices is the areas of taxation, trusts, estates, corporate and partnership law, and charitable planning. His experience includes Surrogate's Court practice, tax dispute resolution in both federal and state jurisdictions, and tax court representation. Mr. Barnett serves on the Nassau County Bar Association's Academy of Law and is co-chair of the Tax Committee. He is the vice president and an executive board member of the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs. Mr. Barnett earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Hofstra University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Fordham University School of Law.

Carl C. Fiore
in a managing director in the Andersen US National Tax office, where he focuses on gift, estate, individual, charitable and fiduciary tax consulting and compliance matters. Mr. Fiore has worked with numerous families and closely held businesses to develop and implement wealth maximization plans through the use of family entities, income tax planning, stock option planning, charitable giving strategies, and effective gift and estate tax planning. His primary practice areas are gift and estate planning, charitable planning, planning for same-sex couples, and fiduciary income tax. Mr. Fiore also has experience in federal and state income tax consulting and compliance for individuals, partnerships, fiduciaries, estates, corporations, and private foundations. He is a lead member of the firm's estate planning group, which has extensive experience in serving the estate, gift, and fiduciary tax consulting and compliance needs of corporate and private trustees, as well as individuals. Along with numerous speaking engagements, Mr. Fiore also has been published in Trusts & Estates, Metropolitan Corporate Counsel and TaxStringer. Before joining Andersen Tax, he worked in the private client services practice of an international professional services firm, and as a trusts and estates associate at a national law firm. Mr. Fiore earned his B.A. degree from Hamilton College, his J.D. degree from St. John's School of Law and his LL.M. degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Brian G. Isaacson
is a sole practitioner in Seattle at Isaacson Law Firm. He is a member of the Academy of Attorney-CPAs, whose practice focuses on IRA planning, estate and trust tax planning and controversy, and Medicaid benefits planning. Mr. Isaacson is the co-author of a handbook titled, Protect Your IRA, Avoid the 5 Common Mistakes. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Martin's College, his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

is a partner in the law firm of Hale & Wood, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of tax, business, estate planning, wills, trust, probate, and real estate. He is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, Federal District Court of Utah and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Jones is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is also a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; and his Masters of Prof. Accountancy degree from Weber State University.

Neal B. Jannol
is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Jannol earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.
