Speaker bio
Clifford M. Farrell
is the owner of the Columbus law firm of Manring & Farrell. He has been an attorney for more than 30 years and focuses his practice on Social Security disability law, federal court appeals in Social Security claims, and veterans disability law. Mr. Farrell is an Ohio certified specialist in Social Security disability law by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and is a SuperLawyer in the field of Social Security in Ohio for 2013. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, past member of NOSSCR's Board of Directors, and member of the Ohio Association for Justice, where he is a past chairperson of the section on Social Security. Mr. Farrell has previously lectured for NOSSCR, Ohio State Bar Association, National Business Institute and other professional groups on Social Security disability issues. He is a member of the American Association for Justice; and Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. Mr. Farrell earned his B.A. degree from Moravian College and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.

Meredith E. Marcus
is a partner with Osterhout Berger Daley LLC. She focuses her practice on Social Security disability law and federal and appeal court appeals in Social Security claims. Ms. Marcus received her undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and her J.D. degree from University of Illinois Chicago, graduating cum laude. She is a recognized as a Super Lawyer and Leading Lawyer. Ms. Marcus is the editor of Social Security Disability Practice by James Publishing. She is the prior chair for the Chicago Bar Association Social Security Committee and the prior director at large for the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Ms. Marcus is admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan. She is licensed in the U.S. Supreme Court; Sixth and Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; district courts in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan; and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Ms. Marcus has litigated district court cases nationwide. She is a member of NADR and NOSSCR, and has lectured for both organizations, as well as for the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, and National Business Institute.

Jonathan C. Ginsberg
is a member of Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, where his focus is on Social Security disability, consumer bankruptcy, and workers' compensation. A graduate of Tulane Law School, he has been in private practice for more than 25 years. Mr. Ginsberg is the editor of the Disability Answer Guide and Child SSI Disability Answer Guide. He also publishes both a blog and a podcast about Social Security disability. Mr. Ginsberg serves on the faculty of Solo Practice University, where he teaches a course for new and newly solo lawyers to establish a Social Security disability practice.

is the principal attorney of Soucie Eyberg Law, LLC, practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law. Her dedication to professional excellence, development and service knows practically no bounds (just ask her husband). She is a member of several local and statewide legal organizations, and serves in leadership roles in nearly every organization. Sarah is a runner, knitter, deer hunter, mother, wife and attorney living just outside the Twin Cities with her husband (Jason), four children (Esme, Mina, Roland, and Walter), cat and chickens. When she is not working, she can be found at home with her family, trying new recipes or passing on her love of reading to her kids. She is also passing all of her nerdy fandoms on to her kids, including Doctor Who, the Marvel universe, all things Halloween and more.
