He has been an attorney for more than 30 years and focuses his practice on Social Security disability law, federal court appeals in Social Security claims, and veterans disability law. Mr. Farrell is an Ohio certified specialist in Social Security disability law by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification and is a SuperLawyer in the field of Social Security in Ohio for 2013. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, past member of NOSSCR's Board of Directors, and member of the Ohio Association for Justice, where he is a past chairperson of the section on Social Security. Mr. Farrell has previously lectured for NOSSCR, Ohio State Bar Association, National Business Institute and other professional groups on Social Security disability issues. He is a member of the American Association for Justice; and Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. Mr. Farrell earned his B.A. degree from Moravian College and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.

She is a recognized as a Super Lawyer and Leading Lawyer. Ms. Marcus is the editor of Social Security Disability Practice by James Publishing. She is the prior chair for the Chicago Bar Association Social Security Committee and the prior director at large for the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Ms. Marcus is admitted to practice in Illinois and Michigan. She is licensed in the U.S. Supreme Court; Sixth and Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals; district courts in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan; and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Ms. Marcus has litigated district court cases nationwide. She is a member of NADR and NOSSCR, and has lectured for both organizations, as well as for the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, and National Business Institute.

How do I access my courses?

Do you have options for attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing?

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
